Warren W. Cook aka  (The Blob) by his friends.

Announcer 1962-63 & 1965-66

Warren W. Cook  (62-63 & 65-66 worked at KATI on two different occasions from 1962-63 as a part-time announcer and janitor.  He went to KVOC and worked as Willie Ross for a couple of years.  He was hired the second time at KVOC by Sid King, after the station was purchased by Harry & Alice Bubeck in 1964.  He came back again to KATI in 1965-66 as an announcer working mainly in the evening shift until sign-off.  Warren currently still lives in Casper, he is a retired electrical engineer.
